The BBnals Ph bond primer dehydrator liquid is applied after prepping the nail and before the  base gel/builder gel  is applied to give it a much stronger bond. Helps prevent early peeling off the gel from the nail.
The primer just soaks into the nail – no need for curing.
It is an essential part of the process for the most professional finish.
